She not only negotiated the best-selling price for our house, but also helped us pick the buyers who would be the most reasonable with the whole buying and selling process. She was also able to pull off having both settlements the same day so that we could use the funds from the house we were selling as part of the down payment for our new home and not have to find a place to stay in between.
